Terms Of Services:

❖Please read before commissioning❖❖ By commissioning me, you agree to the following terms below.❖

★ I reserve the right to decline any commission for any reason ★

1. GENERAL TERMS
➜ I, the artist, hold full rights to my artwork.
➜ DON'T sell / redraw / edit / claim credit / modify/ NFT / AI learning/ use for advertising.
➜ NO commercial use of the commission. I only do commissions for PERSONAL USE!
➜ DON'T remove my signature/watermark. All drawings will include one.
➜ Do NOT feed any of the artworks commissioned, including sketches, into an AI generator. I will NEVER consent to this.
➜ Although unnecessary, giving credit when posting commissioned work on social media would be greatly appreciated.2. PAYMENT
➜ I only accept payments through Paypal and currently Ko-fi.
➜ USD only
➜ An invoice will be sent to the client through Paypal (if Paypal is preferred choice)
➜ Payment paid in full is preferred; however, half up front and the other half after completion is also an option for larger commissions.★All sales are FINAL ★
➜ I will only accept refunds if the commission hasn’t been started yet or I cannot complete the commission for personal reasons3. PROCESS AND DELIVERY
Ko-fi Commissions:
➜ Process and delivery will be through the Ko-fi websitePayPal Commission: [Currently Closed]
➜ After filling out the commission form, I'll contact you as soon as I can to confirm or decline the request.
➜ After confirmation, we will discuss commission details and a PayPal invoice will be sent.
➜ The commission will not start until after payment has been made.
➜ I will notify you when the commission has started (Refund is no longer available)
➜ On larger-priced pieces (e.g. fully rendered pieces), I will send a colored sketch to gain input and revise where needed.
➜ Other WIPs may also be sent to the client if I, the artist, have questions or want some general input from the client.➜ The final copy will be sent to you through email or google driveTime:
➜ There is no set time frame for commission completion; however, I will give updates! If you are commissioning me through Ko-fi I will give you the time frame upon ordering!4. REVISIONS
Ko-fi:
➜ The current commissions offered right now through Ko-fi do not qualify for revisions unless I missed a key detail of the character such as eye color or a scar, etc.Paypal: (currently closed)
➜ I will allow (3) minor changes and (1) major change to the original sketch or colored sketch at no extra cost!
➜ Only (2) simple changes can be made to the final (e.g. specific color change, small added details)
➜ Any further changes will require you to pay a fee.6. Emote Specific TOS
➜Emote commissions are created only for personal use across platforms like Twitch, YouTube, Discord, Twitter, and more.
➜The Client is only allowed to use the commissioned emotes for profit in the form of platform subscriptions.7. COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICY
➜ I, the artist, hold every right to the produced drawing, not the client
➜ I, the artist and holder of the copyright, am able to use the copyrighted artwork to;
♡Use art for self-promotion/portfolio
♡To post it wherever I want (e.g. Twitter)★If your commission is a gift/surprise, let me know so I can delay posting it on social media★The client is allowed to:
➜ Use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only
➜ Print the art, and claim the right of their character(s) but not the drawing itself. (No profit/commercial use)
➜ Post art to their social media. Credit is much appreciated.
